Rather than publish placeholder legal text that people might rely on, the principles Tapayro operates under are set out below. For the current agreement, please contact us.

  • Tapayro calculates payroll deterministically; the organization remains responsible for reviewing and approving each run before payment.

  • Statutory rules are maintained as versioned configuration and should be reviewed by a compliance owner before production use.

  • Historical payroll runs remain reproducible: changing a rule does not alter a run that has already been calculated.
